The photographs above are examples of untreated water damaged conditions that lead to visible mold growth.  

Photograph No.1 is an example of an abandoned building with extensive visible mold. 

Photograph No.2 is an example of a water leak that dripped along a door trim in a partially finished basement left untreated. 

Photographs No. 3 and 4 are examples of mold growth that occured from a pipe break behind the wall causing water damage and excessive humidity and water staining inside the wall cavity as seen in Photograph No. 5.

Photographs No. 6 and 7 show visible mold growth on a finished basement ceiling resulting from a leaking pipe in the kitchen located on the floor above.

Photograph No. 8 illustrates visible mold growth on wood paneling in a finished basement that occured after flooding.  Since mold cleanup was delayed, moisture trapped in the carpeting along the trim leading to mushroom-like growth. 

In each of these cases, JM Associates, Inc. arranged mold remediation and post remediation mold testing services and follow up mold inspection services to ensure the projects were properly completed.
